1. Services

GiorBaliTour provides private car rental services with a professional driver in Bali, Indonesia. Our packages include a 10-hour service duration with fuel, a professional driver, and insurance coverage. Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp at +62 858 5496 5523.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp before the service date
• Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak season
• Last-minute bookings are subject to availability
• A booking is only confirmed when you receive explicit confirmation from our team

3. Service Inclusions

Each 10-hour package includes:

• Professional licensed driver
• Fuel costs for the 10-hour duration
• Vehicle insurance coverage
• Air conditioning
• Flexible route planning within Bali

Entrance fees to tourist attractions, meals, and parking fees are not included.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the service: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: May incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows without prior notice: Full service charge may apply

Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• No smoking inside the vehicle
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service

6. Liability

GiorBaliTour is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. All vehicles are covered by insurance for road accidents. GiorBaliTour is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Reviews

By submitting a review on our website, you grant GiorBaliTour the right to display your review publicly. Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive content or are determined to be fraudulent.
