Private Driver Bali: Alphard, Vellfire, Hiace Chauffeur Service

A private chauffeur in Bali is not the same as renting a car with a driver. The difference is who controls the perimeter: here the car waits where you need it, the driver coordinates pickup points, holds the door open, and runs the plan on your schedule, not the other way around. This page is the executive, honeymoon, and wedding version of our driver service: the fleet skews Alphard, Vellfire, and Hiace, and the day is organized around ceremony, meetings, and arrivals rather than sightseeing on a stopwatch.

The seven vehicles, priced flat for 10 hours

All prices are the live rates from the product pages, verified 2026-10-08. One 10-hour chauffeur day, one flat IDR price: fuel, parking, and full passenger insurance included, parking, and full passenger insurance included.

How the fleet splits:

• Executive day, one principal: Alphard New Hybrid or Vellfire. Six seats, the cabin does the talking.
• Meetings with two or three principals: Alphard still fits; the Transformers Facelift gets you the same cabin for Rp3.000.000.
• Wedding or entourage of 6 to 12: Hiace Premio. One vehicle, one driver, your whole party together.
• Formal group up to 14 arriving together: Hiace Commuter, split across the airport run and the day.
• A couple, low-key: Zenix Hybrid.
• The statement car, one passenger: GR 86, driver included.

No vehicle outside our seven-unit fleet is offered. We do not run city cars.

What a chauffeur day actually includes

The 10-hour package works the same for every vehicle:

• 10 hours with car and driver, flat rate
• English-speaking driver
• Fuel, parking, full passenger insurance
• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
• Fixed price that does not change with traffic, route changes, or added stops

Not included: attraction tickets, meals, and an optional tip for the driver.

The price is fixed at booking. A delayed flight, a 5pm Kuta jam, an extra stop at the tailor: none of it moves the rate. This is the core difference from a per-trip taxi or a ride-app meter, and it is what makes a 10-hour chauffeur day predictable before you commit.

Airport pickup as a first impression

Your chauffeur tracks the flight in real time, then waits in the arrival hall with a name sign. No surge pricing, free waiting while a flight is delayed, 24/7 coverage including 2am landings. Final price is confirmed on WhatsApp before pickup.

For a principal or couple, alphard-new-hybrid-facelift is the airport-first choice: the pickup sets the tone for the trip. For a full wedding party or corporate group up to 14 pax, hiace-commuter handles the transfer in one vehicle.

• 09:00 pickup at Nusa Dua resort, Alphard New Hybrid, hotel-staffed door.
• 09:30 first meeting at a Seminyak office, driver waits in the car.
• 12:00 lunch stop, driver returns at your time.
• 14:00 Uluwatu temple grounds for a short program, 1 hour from Kuta-side [route: Kuta→Uluwatu 1h].
• 17:00 coffee stop, then the 18:00-hour return to Seminyak.
• 19:30 dropped at the hotel, day closed.

One flat rate for the whole day. You change the plan at 3pm, the price does not move.

Sample honeymoon day: Ubud + Tanah Lot sunset

• 10:00 pickup in Seminyak, Vellfire VIP Type EV.
• 11:30 Tegallalang rice terraces photo stop (Kuta→Ubud 1.5h).
• 13:00 quiet lunch in Ubud town.
• 15:00 drive to Tanah Lot (about 1.5h from Ubud), photo stops along the way.
• 17:00 walk the temple grounds before sunset.
• 18:00 sunset at the sea temple.
• 19:30 dropped at the resort.

Your chauffeur is a local English-speaking professional who knows Balinese roads, the traffic patterns, and the fastest lines between Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, and the airport. You set the agenda; the driver waits, navigates, and handles parking at every stop. Whether a driver doubles as an official guide depends on the booking: confirm with the operator.

Payment and booking

• From Rp1.200.000 per 10 hours, all-in (Hiace Commuter); premium cabins at their stated rates.
• Bank transfer or QRIS.
• No deposit for standard bookings.
• Driver's name, photo, and phone number shared before the trip.

Drivers know the roads and the famous spots. Official guide service depends on the booking: confirm with the operator first.

Does the price change if we run late or change the plan?

No. The price is fixed when you book.

Is parking on top?

No, parking is included. No hidden fees.

Are child seats available?

When is cancellation free?

Up to 24 hours before pickup, full refund if you already paid. Inside 24 hours a fee may apply because a driver has been assigned.
