Airport pickup at Ngurah Rai (DPS)
Your driver tracks your flight in real time. When you land, they wait in the arrival hall with a name sign. No surge pricing, and waiting time during a delay is free. Works 24/7 for all flights, including 2am landings.
For groups up to 14 people, the Hiace Commuter handles the whole airport transfer in one vehicle. A solo traveler or a couple usually takes the Zenix Hybrid: five seats, hybrid efficiency, sunroof, and a driver waiting with the same border-side name sign. The Alphard and Vellfire are the airport-first choices when you want the pickup to set the tone for a business trip or a honeymoon.

Who the drivers are
Your driver is a local, English-speaking professional who knows Balinese roads, the traffic patterns, and the fastest routes between Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Kintamani, Nusa Dua, and the airport. You set the itinerary; the driver handles the rest, including waiting at every stop.
Drivers pass background checks and are trained in safe driving. The claim that a driver also acts as a guide needs confirmation with the operator before promising it.

What "fixed price" means here
The price you book at is the price you pay, spelled out:
- Traffic: you sit in the Kuta evening jam for an extra hour, no charge changes.
- Route changes: you decide mid-day to skip a temple and drive to a waterfall instead, the rate does not move.
- Stops: every photo stop, every wait at a sunset spot is inside the 10 hours and inside the flat rate.
- Waiting: a delayed flight that holds the driver at the airport is free waiting, not a meter.
The only things outside the price are the things the driver does not control: your meals, attraction entry tickets, and a tip if you want to leave one. This is the difference between us and a per-kilometer taxi or a ride-app meter, and it is why most guests book the 10-hour package on day one and keep it.
